1. Configuración y soporte del servicio
We provide assistance to set up the IPTV service on your designated device. Support is available through our Telegram channel and direct messages for installation and troubleshooting. Reach us any time at @premiumiptvhdr.
2. Reembolsos
All sales are final and no refunds are provided. If your subscription is not working, we will do everything we reasonably can to help you get it working, including troubleshooting and providing an alternative line or solution. Please see our Política de reembolso for full details.
3. Asistencia con usuario alternativo
In case of any unforeseen issues with your service, we will provide an alternative user, line, or solution to ensure continuous access to your IPTV service wherever possible.
4. Requisito de VPN en regiones restringidas
Some countries and internet service providers actively block or restrict IPTV lines. In those cases, the use of a VPN is a requirement to access the service. If your region is affected, you are responsible for obtaining and configuring a working VPN. The need for a VPN does not constitute a service failure and is not grounds for a refund.
5. Compatibilidad de dispositivos
The IPTV service is compatible with Smart TVs, Firestick, MAG devices, computers, tablets, and smartphones. We are not responsible for issues arising from unsupported devices or from devices that do not meet the technical requirements for streaming.
6. Compartición y uso de la cuenta
The IPTV account is for personal use only. Sharing your account details with others or any unauthorized distribution or resale of the service is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.
7. Condiciones de pago
Payments are processed via the methods displayed at checkout, including PayPal, card, and cryptocurrency. Once a payment is made, the subscription will be activated. No refunds are provided for partial months of use or for any unused portion of a subscription.
8. Disponibilidad del servicio
While we strive to offer uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Streams and content are provided by upstream suppliers and may occasionally be unavailable. We will address any service interruptions as quickly as possible.
9. Responsabilidad del usuario
You are responsible for ensuring that your internet connection meets the required speed and quality for optimal streaming. We recommend a stable, high-speed internet connection for the best viewing experience. You are also responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply in your country.
10. Cancelación del servicio
We reserve the right to terminate your service without notice if you violate any of the terms outlined in this agreement. No refund will be issued in the event of a termination caused by a violation of these terms.
11. Cambios en estos términos
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
